The hanger station has a small storage room for empty hangers (which can be expanded if necessary) and a fully automatic integrated hanger separator. The solution attaches directly to the finishing tunnel or existing rail structure and is also compatible with virtually all Conveyor systems.
Systemplus allows a company to dispense with a large part of the unlocking and hanging personnel. The automatic hanging system allows 3 to 6 workers to reach a production level equivalent to that of 4-8 hanging tables with 4-6 people at each one.
